Hotel Rooms

 

There are a total of 5 hotel rooms located in the main club house. Four of them our your standard size rooms and one is a suite with a kitchen. There is free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse/hotel rooms!

Notes:

There is  a $50 security deposit when renting a hotel room. This will be returned several days after you check out if all the rules were followed. For instance there was no smoking, no mud on carpet, trash was cleaned up, nothing was broken, etc…

Please make sure we are going to be open before you reserve a room.
Bring your payment receipt when checking in.

No pets allowed in hotel rooms. If bringing a pet then you’ll need to rent a cabin or camp.

 

New Policy: You will be required to pay for each day of riding upon checking in. In the past we have allowed people to come back to the office the next day and pay if they were going to ride. This has led to too many people riding without paying.

 

Hotel Room #1

h1This is one of our standard hotel rooms located on the second floor of the club house. It has 2 Full beds, 1 Futon, and all the amenities of a standard hotel room plus Wi-Fi. Although, at the moment it does not have a microwave, fridge, or coffee maker. We look to be adding this stuff soon.

Beds: 2 Full Long (same length as queen bed), 1 Futon

Price: $70 per night for up to 4 people. $10 per night for each additional person.

Hotel Room #2

h2JPGThis is one of our standard hotel rooms located on the second floor of the club house. It has 1 King Bed, and all the amenities of a standard hotel room plus Wi-Fi. Although, at the moment it does not have a microwave, fridge, or coffee maker. We look to be adding this stuff soon.

Beds: 1 King

Price: $60 per night for up to 4 people. $10 per night for each additional person.

This is our hotel suite. It has 1 king bed, a bunk bed , and two futons. Unlike our standard rooms it also includes a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, double-sink, and a fridge. As well as all the amenities of a standard hotel room plus Wi-Fi.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Bunk Bed, 2 Futons

Price: $100 per night for up to 6 people. $10 per night for each additional person.
