The Impact Deflector is a technically advanced piece of body armor The goal of the MSR design team was to develop a deflector that conforms to the body, is light weight and maintains a low profile for restrictive-free mobility. The polycarbonate chest and back panels have optimum strength with ample air ventilation louvers for cooling. Our back design is anatomically arched to meet the riders natural riding position with an extrusion down the spine area for added rigidity. The lower back features our PivotTilt pivoting lower panel for 10 degrees of lateral movement.
